1. 14-Day Testing Guarantee
We provide a full 14-day testing period from the day you take delivery or pick up your unit from our showroom. Test your real-world development builds, rendering timelines, and battery life under your everyday conditions.
2. Eligible Returns & Swaps
If the machine does not suit your workload or if you wish to upgrade to a higher specification (e.g. 16GB to 32GB RAM or Core i5 to Core i7), you may bring the device in original cosmetic condition with the charger for an immediate swap or store credit.
3. Defect-Free Replacement
In the rare event of a factory hardware failure within the 14-day window, we replace the machine immediately with an equivalent or superior certified unit from stock.
4. Return Process & RMA Drop-Off
