1. Scope of 12-Month Coverage
Every NodeVectra certified machine is backed by our 12-Month Hardware Warranty. We cover all internal hardware components including the motherboard, CPU, GPU, memory (RAM), solid state drive (SSD), internal charging controller, keyboard, and display panel.
2. Battery & Power Adapter Coverage
Original battery health is guaranteed above 85% at the time of unboxing. Batteries are covered under warranty for 90 days against sudden cell failure or non-charging status. OEM power adapters are covered for 6 months.
3. Zero-Cost Labor & Genuine Parts
During the warranty period, any defect-related service incurs zero diagnostic fees and zero labor costs. Parts replacements are sourced with genuine OEM components.
4. Exclusions
Warranty does not cover physical liquid spills, severe impact drops, screen shattering due to external force, unauthorized third-party motherboard rework, or software malware/ransomware infections.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
