Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 31, 2026 • NodeVectra (Express Expand Enterprise Subsidiary)
1. Scope of Agreement
By accessing nodevectra.com, placing an order online, or purchasing hardware in person at our showrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. NodeVectra operates as a specialized hardware engineering subsidiary under Express Expand.
2. Hardware Certification & Condition
All hardware listed as “Vectra Certified” has successfully passed our 25-Point Quality Protocol, including thermal repasting, full memory parity checks, battery capacity testing (>85%), and display grading. Detailed inspection certificates are bound to each machine’s serial number.
3. Pricing & Payment Settlement
Prices are quoted in both Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). We accept instant card settlements via Paystack, direct Nigerian bank transfers, POS showroom payments, and verified commercial invoices.
4. Order Fulfillment & Waybills
Orders may be picked up in person at our Lagos showroom or dispatched via courier (GIGM Logistics, Speedaf, or dedicated Lagos courier riders). Tracking waybill numbers are issued immediately upon packing.
5. Warranty & Liability Limitations
Warranty obligations are governed strictly by our 12-Month Vectra Certified Warranty terms. NodeVectra is not liable for software-induced data loss; customers are encouraged to maintain regular backups.
